We had a great time at Dreams Lanzarote, the experience was excellent and we all had a nice break. A special shout out to Valentina and Pablo in the entertainment team who ran the kids' club each day, our son George loved spending time there with them! We hope to visit again soon!

Fantastic Stay

Excellent stay, we had a preferred club swim up pool room, it was fantastic. Staff are very friendly, nothing is too much trouble. We stayed bed & breakfast which was also good with plenty of choice. Just a couple of niggles, there is no waiter service around the pools and the gates to get in and out of the hotel from the promenade were temperamental. Good location on the seafront, easy walking distance to either the Rubicon area or Playa Blanca centre. We will definitely return soon.

We had a fab time here. Our room was spacious, clean and had a fantastic view of the pool. Plenty of choices for breakfast, all very tasty. The pools are clean and the water has a pleasant temperature. The hotel is located next to a very beautiful beach and the marina. They arranged a surprise for my partner’s birthday. All staff are friendly and approachable. Cocktails by the preferred club pool were superb.

Decent stay

Good clean hotel with great service, still, didn’t feel any special about it being a 5* resort. Would have to stay at other places in Lanzarote to comment what’s better but Servatur Waikiki in Gran Canaria was at par with this one. Location is great though for walking trips to playa Flamingo or Papagayo. Also playa Dorada is just outside.

Great place.

Was upgraded to room 1257 which had amazing views great size, but had 2 single beds. We asked if it could be made up as a double they said no as they dont have bedding big enough. We could move but to a lower grade room, so decided to stay in the one we were given and pushed the 2 singles together. It wasn't ideal for us but for 5 days we lived with it. Hotel is in a great location close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We went B&B breakfast selections was great. We did eat at the Asian restaurant one evening, but did not find it authentic. Phad Thai was more like chowmein. Tasted fine but what it should have tasted like and wrong type of noodles used.

The stay was fantastic. The only minor drawback was that we were unable to reserve a sunbed as they were fully booked, but 5/8 sunbeds did not get used at all on those days despite being marked as reserved.
