The front desk was always empty with no way to let staff know people were waiting or ask questions when necessary. Also an announcement went out through the building about a possible fire and instructions to evacuate through the stairwells, but then cut out mid announcement and no other cancellation of the instructions or warning was given. We just had to guess that the building wasn’t on fire because no one was evacuating and no other alarms were sounding, and no one answered at the front desk. The rooms are nice and clean, the bathroom is spacious with all the usual things you need in the space. The few other spaces within the hotel we went were clean as well. The parking garage has very tight corners and our large vehicle in the space was difficult to maneuver. The location is great for walking to downtown venues.

The room was very nice. Unfortunately most of the amenities were a bit of a mess. A lot of stuff just seems overlooked. The pool area and outside bar and pizza area looked totally abandoned with garbage all over the place I was a bit shocked. The hallways and areas by ice machines could use a serious mop and dust. Staff was friendly and polite. I hate paying to park at a hotel leaves a very bad taste in my mouth.

Great location with a lot to do nearby in walking distance. Clean. The bed was so soft and comfortable. People at front desk were very nice, efficient, and helpful. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Our only complaint is that our room had no refrigerator and the carpet had some stains. But, we will definitely stay there again if ever in the area.
