We stayed 4 nights though didn't eat at the hotel. The staff were polite and friendly, the room was clean with good amenities. The rooftop pool is great! Would have been nice to have some coffee pods provided as there is a coffee machine.

We really enjoyed our stay at Santa Catalina. The room was very nice, well kept and clean. The hotel had a very pleasant vibe. Breakfast was excellent with great variety of options. The service was OK. Great at times and requiring improvement at some instances. We really liked the amenities, including the pools. We found the restrictions on which pools our toddler could use and which not somewhat restrictive. There is absolutely no harm in allowing kids to the soa pool under restricted hours, e.g. morning until 19am. Many other more prestigious hotels do it, why not Santa Catalina. Thankfully staff were accommodating were they could!
