It is not a resort but a motel with 3 pools, the building is very dated, fresh paint on the walls gives you headaches and the AC unit was insanely annoying, you need to walk 1000 yard to your room if they put you on the last section of the facility. I paid full amount on Expedia and they charged me $70USD resort fee for one night on top of what I paid, homeless people roam the area at night, tenants talk loudly after 2am. It was actually one of the worst places I ever stayed and I absolutely do not recommend it and don’t fall for the fancy pictures they post it’s all photoshopped.

This is my 3rd time staying here. I come with my family so this Is a very nice place to stay when you have little ones. Love the big rooms that Alexis park has. I will most likely always book here. Close to the strip as well.

Hotel is very dated, could use some remodeling. The room was very spacious, however it had a musty smell. Light comes through from everywhere, curtains and mini splits. Its so close to the airport so you hear every takeoff, it was horrible! The bed was so uncomfortable because it sank in the middle. It also smelled like dog pee outside. Will never stay again.

Surprisingly spacious and comfortable for a solo stay. The room felt open and roomy, giving plenty of space to relax and unwind without feeling boxed in. Another big highlight was the location---just close enough to the Strip to make getting around easy, yet tucked far enough away to feel calm and relaxed after a long day out

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The extra space of a two room suite was appreciated. The staff was courteous and helpful. However, the problem appears at check-in. When I went to pay on Expedia, I was only able to pay part of the price ($44.56), though I wanted to fully pay for the room at $81.98. The rest was to be paid on check-in. On the receipt, I was informed the resort fee was $4.42 and this was part of the price. When I checked in, I was informed the resort fee was $137.42 to be paid right then. Total price of the room ended up being $181.98. As I was checking out, the staff was telling two ladies checking in the same thing. The ladies thought they had paid in full. For this deceptive practice, I cannot recommend using this facility and won't be returning.

The room was okay. It did not look as advertised online as the carpet was different and the layout was different. Cleanliness was good but the fuzzy blanket in between the linens on the bed made it feel less hygienic, so I decided not to use the resort's blanket. The couch bed was very springy and uncomfortable. The $100 resort fee made no sense because the main pool was closed and the pools that were open were small and freezing, despite the "heated" description. There also was no open hot tub. The main reason why I booked this hotel was for the main pool and the heated pool description, but there was no indication that it was closed. Very disappointing.

I really love staying here. It is close enough to the strip to walk if you need to. But it’s also just far enough away where you can take a break from all the craziness that’s happening throughout the day. The rooms were nice and clean bigger than I was anticipating. The bed was actually really comfortable. Everything that came in the kitchen was great. I am coming back again.
