The apartment had everything we needed for a family of 4. All the amenities, the cleanliness, location, staff, etc. Highly recommended!!!!! Its like a home away from home! The location is perfect! 15 mins away from Tour Eiffel walking, very close to two metro stations, supermarket around the corner, many choices for dining, safe surrounding, many shopping stores!!! Just perfect! We were there for 5 nights!

Room was clean and spacious with great views , not enough bedding and had to remind them to bring it up. When we asked about the pool opening times, we were looked at quite blankly and then told that it was out of service (one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel). Breakfast was as expected but not much seating space so had to wait a bit for a table. Only one lift working and we had to wait 20 minutes one morning to be able to get into a lift with space

The location is really good - close to the metro, supermarkets etc. The apartment itself was great, but some of the facilities are showing signs of age - the laundry was not available with no indication of when it was likely to be fixed, and one of the two elevators serving the left side was not working for the week I was there. 30 floors of apartments. Sometimes the wait was very long, especially when it had already filled by the time it got to my floor and 13 flights of stairs was the quicker option.

On the website it advertised that there was a pool when in fact no pool. Also it mentions that there was luggage storage which there was but you had to rent a locker for it. Plus only 1 of the 3 bathrooms lights worked properly.

The room was clean and spacious. Has free wi-fi and that worked well. We didn’t realize that they would not be cleaning the rooms, and wanted to charge for extra towels because there was three of us. The area around the hotel is close to restaurants and out of the busy areas. It is farther away to all of the attractions beside the Eiffel Tower. It is a great option if you plan to eat some in the room. You just need to adjust for the cost of taking transportation.

Nice room, but be prepared to walk the stairs, because only one elevator works and there are 31 floors. I stayed at this hotel a month ago and thought that the elevators would be fixed by now, but no, they weren’t.

We enjoyed the studio-styled apartment room and the close proximity to the Eiffel Tower, the train, the grocery store and other options as advertised and indicated by the other reviews. However, there STILL was only one elevator working…for whatever reason the second elevator was still out-of-order. From the other reviews this issue doesn’t seem to be getting resolved anytime soon. But the one working elevator is quite large and the wait times weren’t too long. And, while the front desk staff was nice enough we felt a bit nickled-and-dimed for lots of things that are standard at most hotels. For example, while we could go without a FREE breakfast option…we were there for (4) days and was told it would be $18/day to get our room cleaned and that we’d have to pay to get extra (clean) towels. But, other than that we’d probably stay there again, if for nothing else — the location.

In my entire stay there, only one elevator worked. So it took forever to get on an elevator. Also, my air conditioner did not work the entire stay. The hallways in the hotel was also very hot.

I did not have breakfast in the hotel. I didn’t think it was a lot of variety. I really would like to have clean towels every four days, not every eight days. It would be nice if it is paper towel available in the kitchen. Overall, the Apart Hotel Adagio is really nice. I really enjoyed
