The rooms were as expected for a hotel of this caliber. They only provide room services upon request. The staff was friendly until I had to call and ask why they kept $100 of my deposit. I personally inspected the 2 rooms I reserved from 3/9-3/14 before checkout. The rooms needed to be cleaned of course after my family being there for that length of time. When I called to inquire about my deposit, the front office manager was not very friendly and had a tone right away although I had only asked why my deposit was not returned. She stated there was bile on the bed. I asked her to provide proof since she was keeping $100 out of the $150 deposit which she stated she could not provide. Anyone who has ever stayed at Arizona Charlie's knows good and well, there is nothing about the sheets that proves they cost $100!!! The truth is my teenage son ate on the bed and dropped food on the sheets. Either way, chqrging $100 for this is absurd and ridiculous. Not happy with this situation at all and want people to know, don't spill anything on the bed and if youre there partying, throw up on the casino floor or you might be charged!!!

Check in took a while. I was the first one in line, when the receptionist got off her phone call, after a couple of minutes, she said Can I help you? But it wasn't a nice kind of way, but a rude way. Questions we asked her, she said I don't know. It was nice that the elevators to the towers required room keys. There was ice and a soda vending machine on our floor. The rooms were pretty outdated. Old peeling wallpaper, shower head that sprayed everywhere, and hot hot hot was the only temperature. It was however the quietest room I've been in. Across the hallway was people blasting music, kids running around, once the door was closed didn't hear any of that. The pool and "hot" tub are both not heated. Various places to park, just be careful of the giant flat curbs in the middle of the driveway by the shopping mall. We ate at the Sourdough Cafe, I liked my French Dip, my travel partner did not like their flat t-bone steak. No issues with Dunkin Donuts, and Jorge at the Pizza place was so kind! We didn't like our pizzas though. Ubering to the strip was about 20 each way, if you are interested in that.

Nice room. Clean room and property good size bath tub which is a nice feature. Very noisy though, a lot of activity in the hall very late into the evening. People in the adjoining room were awful neighbors, loud music into the early morning hours. Typical behavior you have to expect with the price point. Definitely seemed to be a party location, and I stayed on a Sunday night.

We arrived at midnight. I guess the clerk was not in her best mood because she looked annoyed while we checked in. The elevator had a strong weed smell (we are traveling with a little kid) The room was clean and no one bothered us with noises around.
