Requested non smoking rooms prepaid for reservation and when I checked in all they had left were smoking rooms. It was so gross and smelled so bad. Was not happy at all. My suitcase and everything in it smelled like cigarettes when I got it home.

Staff everywhere were extremely helpful and friendly. Restaurants were delicious and reasonably priced, the room was clean, well appointed and updated. The pool however hadn’t been cleaned in a minute.

There was a foot of water in our bathtub on check in. We immediately asked to have someone bring up a plunger, they said ok we submit a ticket, we said please hurry I’ll need to shower before our dinner reservations. After an hour of waiting I called to see if I could just get a new room, they said no, I asked if there was another shower I could use, like in the pool area, they said the pool closed at 6 and it was already 6:20 so no.. After re-explaining my problem, they suggested I just shower a different day…. Bottom notch bathroom facilities, but top notch creative solutions for problem avoidance!

do not stay at

stay is horrible. everytime i leave room i have to get a new key locks me out..i will get a new key at front desk. then go straight to room. key wont work again. maid service never came. and was charged for a 3 night stay i never checked in for . 300 bucks and didnt stay at. then when i checked in next day on new reservation its more then what i agreed to. room has fleas in the beds...itched all the time in room. very poor...

Stayed here for one night on my way to Zion. Quick and convenient, clean room and friendly staff. And nice that they have restaurants on site for convenient places to eat. I'd certainly stay again!

Very disappointed had stay here years ago and was great rooms were clean and well kept, this time the room felt extremely outdated and felt like I agreed to a one star hotel the main light would strobe the entire time it was on the TV was falling off the wall and only played static when looking around room the areas near the desk and wardrobe there was still old food same was found near head of the bed seemed like the maid service only vacuumed the main floor for appearance, we also went swimming pool area to use hot tub and found it was an ice box no heat and was as cold swimming pool, I would not recommend this place unless you don’t care about your stay and just need a room to sleep

Definitely get what you pay for! It is old, stinks bad, in an inconvenient location from anything Vegas. King sized bed with 2 tiny pillows and the front desk (once they finally answered) acted like I was asking for a free stay or something when all we wanted was a couple extra pillows!
