Nice service/dirty restroom

Front desk people were nice but when we went to the room, the restroom floors were pretty dirty and it looked like somebody had peed all over their toilet as if they didn’t clean the restroom so my wife decided to cleaned it with our own wipes.

Door safety latch is missing a bolt and does not work. Heat thermostat is on unit. However, it was 14 F so the unit stayed cold and room was hot. Had to get up multiple times to turn it down. Covered car port entry har been hit by truck. Water Main broke, no drinking water and indoor pool closed. This was neither disclosed when I called ahead nor at check in.

People were nice, but the fire suppressant system didn't work, pool wasn't working, water is undrinkable, no tv remote (had to go get one), paint chips coming off the tub. Looks like it would have been nice 20 years ago, but they never kept up on the maintenance. Wasn't even able to get a good night sleep from all the banging going on from the neighbors

The room was reasonably comfortable, and the staff members that I talked to were polite and friendly. However, housekeeping interrupted our sleep by knocking loudly on the door long before it was time to check out. The person at the front desk told me that this was a policy set by the manager.
