Dark, not enough light. There was an issue with the correct handicap room. Jose treated us differently because we booked with Expedia despite being a Hilton Honors member. Colleen went above and beyond because when another guest tried to check, she say they were booked for the handicap room we were supposed to be in and was able to get us moved to that room. It was a mess but overall, the rooms and bathrooms are really dark. Breakfast had the same food every morning. No mixing up the selections. It did not provide the level of service overall that you would expect from a Hilton Property

Room was not clean. Sheets were stained, even the clean ones from the front desk. Hair in the bed, all in bathroom.Breakfast was Ok, weekend management was unresponsive and did not get verbally addressed until after my stay. Hotel then offered a max of 20% off one night which below the belt. Would suggest if you stay here to check for hair all over.
