El supervisor y encargado ,grosero,le grita a las huespedes y no tienen nada de tacto no me importa nada de lo que uno le diga como huesped ademas de agresivo se burla de los ñatinos y los de habma hipana ademas de parecer un Ex adicto de crack el hotel parece un hospitalillo de usuarios de deoga y vibienda de bajo recurso las sabanas huelen a sucio las habiataciones sucias no hay nada de seguridad cualquiera entra. Por una ventana t te roba ademas de que ll cuartls huelene a cigarrillo y marihuana de veras aue el personal es de lo peor en fin en mi vida me.habia hospedado.en un hotel ta deprimente y asqueroso y pero aun que me cancelaran por no hablar ingles y teber mala comunicion no tiene. Nada de tacto con los turistas ese luga ni vale ni. 5 dolares no se lo recominedo a nadie a .enos queseas una persona igual a ellos

The website was nothing compared to what the room was actually like. The room and the facility was disgusting. The walls had stains on them, the bathtub and shower was dingy and the room lighting was very poor.

The pictures make it look nicer than it actually is. Plus, some services seem to be removed, like the communal coffee station.

Worst place ever!

Place was a disaster! Check in start at 3 pm and I showed up at 5 pm and the front desk lady told me that I need to wait cuz they didn’t have clean rooms. When i got my room 45 mins later I went to the room and it smell súper bad like cigarettes and marihuana. I went to front desk and asked for a new room and the lady told me that all the rooms are booked that I will need to wait 2 hours to see if she can do something. I i got stuck with the room. Room was dirty, ves sheet where not clean, pillow cases where also dirty and the pillows smell like pure cigarettes. The showers was disgusting cover in stains , mold and hair. The AC unit had mold growing in it. This place shouldn’t be open for guests. If they going to keep it in that conditions the price has to be way lower.

I was booked into a room and when I got to the room it was never cleaned.. bed a mess trash all over flor feces all over toilet and bath tub . Toilet was broken.

Not only does this property need new or more housekeeping staff, it is also in desperate need of a renovation. The first room I went in, the key/card didn't work twice and it smelled like cigarettes. The toilet seat was so lose that I almost slid off. The bathtub was warn and had stains and the tv looked like it had been dropped. When I returned to the room for the night the key didn't work again two more times. I was asked to be changed to a room that was a little nicer and didn't smell like cigarettes and the staff in the lobby were happy to accommodate me. When I got to the 2nd room, it smelled like musty sweaty body odor. I went to use the restroom only to find tissue already in the toilet and hair hanging off of the toilet seat. I tried to flush it and the water immediately started rising. I called the front desk and he was happy to lock up the lobby and plunge the toilet for me.The paint was peeling off of almost everything, there was hair that did not belong to me everywhere (toilet, bathtub, floor, and towels). The best part about this place was the front desk staff. Very professional, friendly, and accommodating.

Dirty is an understatement. We killed a cockroach in the bathroom as soon as they walked in. The floors were sticky. The tub was filthy with hair no shampoo or anything provided not that you would want to use it anyways. Flannel blanket had a cigarette hole.

Filthy does even begin to describe it. Helicopter noise shakes the place. Cant change room temp. Have to open toilet to reset flushing lid thing each time to stop it from running.
