Small but well-appointed room. Good beds and pillows. Very good bathroom amenities. Staff was incredible. I would highly recommend this hotel. Excellent location. Clean and well-kept rooms.

The room was great. Bed and shower (2 most important things) were amazing, but most of all, the Staff were so helpful. And you just get this sense that they are all committed to making your stay truly enjoyable.

Very clean room, but not roomy. Shower great. However the Air conditioning was slow to respond and it needed a little more fresh air in the room. We would have wanted to open the window once in a awhile. Loved the minifridge area. To many decorative pillows that there is no room for. Next time we will order a bigger double bed room.

For the price, the room was rather basic. The bathroom was one single wet room with no partition separating the shower from the sink or toilet - not ideal. Staff were really nice and polite.

The best location. You are close to Regent St, Oxford St., theater district, restaurant, bars...you name it. Excellent service! I had let them know I was checking in early to leave my luggage.
