Room was never cleaned even though we came back from walking the strip to a housekeeper in the room, but didn’t clean anything. We never got new towels, never got our bed made, never got our complementary waters replaced. We had to go to the front desk to ask for water and towels. There was also only 1 elevator working for the entire hotel. Very poor customer service from all aspects.

When I checked in, the room I was provided wasn't clean. The bathtub had hair strands stuck in it. There was dust on every piece of furniture. Towels in bathroom were dirty and weren't changed even once. For our stay at OYO from Dec 26 to Jan 1, room was cleaned only once. It's not worth staying.

Hotel location is very good, they have casino at ground floor so there main focus is on casino. hotel rooms bathrooms are not very good. basin was not working so we have to switch the room next day. most of the time only 1 elevator is working others are not. They have paid parking available.

The room has old fixtures. The shower knob had broken metal it scratched my hand almost bled. No housekeeping even after i requested it from reception. And they charge resort fee for no service except wifi. Room carpet also old and feeling dirty i had to wear slippers.
