We had the bunk beds and it kinda hurts my feet everytime I step up and down to it’s thin metal stairs, but overall everything else was good.

Check in was easy and fast, our rooms were upgraded as well. The room was clean however we did have issues with our shower. The water would fluctuate between hot and cold even when adjusting the temperature. The pool usage ended at 6pm I wish they didnt close it so early. Other than that we enjoyed ourselves the different restaurants, gift shop, and casino.

We had issues since day one. The tv did not work, the safe did not work and the tub was not draining. I expressed this to the staff when I received a text and they told me I could not get compensated because I did not report it. Which I did report the first 2 incidents. The tub issue I told her when I received the text.
