The place felt like a trap. there was only one elevator with an operator. It felt like a trap with no way out. If there was a fire or something else, something bad would have happened, it would not have a good outcome. We had to walk all the way across the other side of the hotel to get out. The elevator had no controls and was taped up so you cant use it. Further, early check in cost $45 and a house keeping fee of $55 was charged before you can go into the room. Then a $300.00 credit card holding fee was also added. The hotel is run down and the door to our room was broken. It wouldn't close unless you lifted the door up on its broken hinge to close making it extremely dangerous to be in that room. The staff wasnt nice. It wasnt a pleasant experience.

Close to the strip and the underground is a nice spot to hang out and enjoy a game. Elevator situation needs to be improved, only one per tower and the staff uses it so youll have to wait for the next one if they are on it. Overall you get what you pay for it’s Vegas cheap room it’s perfect want something nicer stay across the street at a mgm property.

Overall I am satisfied my stay. Hotel is just across MGM and price is same as cheap motels. I may use again for myself but I don’t recommend for other people.

Elevators were under maintenance and they had an elevator monitor the entire time. With one elevator per wing the elevator would back up and stairs was not an option as they were for emergency purposes only as told to us by the staff. 2 of the 3 elevator monitors that we dealt with frequently were very nice and kind to our two dogs. One is a golden retriever (12) and our younger German shepherd (6). This was their first stay in a hotel casino. The 3rd elevator monitor did not like dogs which is fine but upon our day to check out he kept skipping us on our floor and over filling the elevator so that we couldn’t leave. This made us wait over 30mins and would continuously pass us with a filled elevator. We chose this place because they were pet friendly, but not allowing other options to leave the floor without the elevator made our trip very inconvenient. We will stay again but we hope that if in the future they will still have elevator monitors I would hope that they have someone that would control the flow of the elevator properly as to allow everyone on all floors an opportunity to enter and use appropriately as needed.

DON’T STAY HERE!!! Just spent a few hours to have a place to sleep for one night and left the next morning. I caused zero damage to their property and they charged me the full $300 deposit. I tried calling to ask clarification. No one answers!

Cold Showers.

To start with elevators were mostly down. The had someone running the one elevator that was working and to call it you had to slap on door and we were lucky if they came. The button to call was out of service. Then cold showers in the evening. Lucky it was hot early in the morning. Tried to call front desk or engineering with no answer by either. Needless to say yes it’s cheap for reason but TI would have been better.
