The rooms were filthy and outdated. The bathroom was dirty and nasty. I complained and was given another room and that one was no better than the first room. Instead of refunding us money so we could go to another hotel they refunded us 2 nights resort fees!!!!they are falsely advertising that Hooters is at the location. We found out it left months ago!!! I see why this hotel is terrible. Carpet throughout the entire place was filthy.

We had to keep changing rooms due to the dirtiest the first room had 1 bed instead of 2 as I requested the 2nd room the toilet was clogged up and due the smell coming from the clogged toilet and there was blood stain on the rug the 3rd room the bathroom was filthy there was a in sanitary women’s pad on the floor and hair all over the bathroom sink

When we arrived one of the beds had black scuffs on the sheets so we called housekeeping. They came right away but one of the housekeeping people was not very happy to have to change the sheets. Outside of that, the room was cleanly and the beds were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept in (I’ve stayed at the Luxor and the New York New York). There is a gym but I did not use it personally. Parking was $22 for one night but I think it may have been $18 if we paid right when we got there. If you’re trying to eat past 10pm the only restaurant in walking distance is Denny’s.

Bathtub was disgusting. I didn’t notice the damaged tub until I was actually getting ready to use it. One of the towels had a stain on it. I used that towel to block the smells from the hallway from entering my room. Do not recommend staying here. The one nice thing is that steak shack was in the hotel and they were excellent with food and service.

300 dollar deposit?

A 300 dollar deposit (that is not noted when booking) for an old hotel is crazy. The bath tub did not drain and there was a flood in the hall so everything smelled of mold. The bed was very comfortable.

It was a nightmare from the moment we stepped in the door. I had an online receipt sent by oyo saying I was paid in full. Well, go to check out and they want another $141. I went to the lobby and the little head guy said we had a balance of $141. I told them I wasn't paying it. I finally cancelled my card so they couldn't get more money out of me. Trying to not give me back my $300 deposit. Tried to say we were smoking in our room and charge $500. But we weren't in the room at so called incident time. I felt picked on. The shower OMG was disgusting. You were lucky if you had hot water or clean towels. Good luck on getting your bottled water too. Carpets were so filthy my white socks were black on the bottom. Supposed to have these restaurants and cafes. Steak and shake. That's it. The gentleman at customer service was rude, uncaring. He doesn't give two hoots about the guests. Gotta get that money. Housekeeping never came to our room till last day. They threw away my souvenir cups I will never never stay again. Yhe desk clerk acted like he owned the place. Place had a weird..some . Was wor
