They have a very high resort fee almost the same level with the luxury hotels like Bellagio and Ceasar my God their swimming pool is so bad if I just knew it i would have booked in luxury hotel then we stayed for 4 nights and I felt luke it was a ripped off

Wifi connection was extremely slow and not secured, and cell services was blocked from AT&T only inside the hotel. Safe was great, only had one day of hot water in the shower. Sadly, you get what you pay for but was hoping for a better eperience for a "resort" hotel.

The AC in my room was not working and they gave me another room which was a little bit better but still had a very poor AC. The employee who was supposed to have the store open for customers to buy drinks and snacks was on a break from 7:30 to 8 PM and then came back and moved the sign from 8 to 9:15 PM and said he was going on a break. No employee should be gone that long. I will not be returning to this hotel.

Don't Go

It was not a good visit. We paid $40 for 1 night plus deposit fees $50+taxes. And we got what we paid for apparently. We arrived at noon, they said check in was at 4pm.I asked about early check in and they said $40 for early check in. How can the early check in, be the same cost as the room? Smh. I may as well paid for 2 nites. So I started looking for another hotel and an hour later, I asked the reservation customer service rep a question about refunds. And he offered to charge $25 for early check in, instead of $40. I said why didn't you say that at first. So we paid and extra $25. Got to the room, and the room smell was horrific. Smelled like old carpet and death. The bathroom had rust stains in the tub and on the floors around the toilet. And yes I took pictures. The air condition unit ran all night and never cooled the room. The air conditioning was super loud all nite, like a motorcycle war revving up. The casino stunk. Worse stay ever. But again; $40 a nite. That was my bad. It will never happen again.

I had a very disappointing experience with this property. The staff was unprofessional and falsely accused me of smoking in the room, which I did not do. They charged my card $500 without giving me any real explanation or evidence, and when I tried to get help or clarification, no one was willing to assist me. I felt disrespected and unheard the entire time. I would not recommend staying here.
