The process of checking in was smooth, very friendly. I want to say the only thing that was bad was not being able to figure out first how to get the shower hot, but mainly after it got started we couldn’t turn it off. Luckily a lady did come out and gave us a wrench to be able to use it. She was very nice. Great location though as far as it not being far at all from Fremont street. I will say the deposit was cheap in comparison to a lot of places I looked at in Vegas which was also nice. Overall decent no complaints other than shower

While the room was clean and in good order, it was not even close to the size shown in the photo. There wasn't even 2 feet on each side of the bead from the wall. While there was a refrigerator, microwave and desk with chairs, these mad walking around the bed almost impossible. Forget using the "desk"-- pulling out the chairs would leave no room whatsoever in the room. If the room had not been so much smaller than that shown in the sample picture, I might forgive the cramped parking lot. The shower was clean and plenty of hot water.

A bargain price, BUT ...

The location of this motel was away from any attractions or nearby restaurants. The room was large and had been remodeled with mostly newer features. The biggest problem that I had was with the TV. It was a ROKU smart TV, but was not easy to operate and did not have access to the channels that I wanted to see (MSNBC & CNN). Even though the price was great, I just did not feel "comforable" staying there.

Great spot to lay the head & very well maintained

Communication with Michael ahead of time then checking in after hours due to a flight delay and being able to go into a well renovated room after a 5 hour flight. I was thoroughly impressed and definitely will return again. I’m originally from a big city and this was a quiet location during my 4 night stay. Pillows and bed were comfortable the entire room was very clean.

The Desert Moon was inexpensive which is why I chose it. I was a little concerned by the area, but there were other motels there too. The check in staff was kind and informative. My room was lacking soap, but what I was very impressed about was the cleanliness. They had “real” towels and the towels and the linens smelled so fresh and clean (and not bleach-y). It was definitely nice to lay my head on such a good smelling pillow. It was so quiet, I never heard outside noise from inside the room. I also didn’t have any issues despite the location.

Great Motel in Las Vegas

The rooms have been updated, great heat/AC, great price, comfortable beds and a friendly staff! I traveled with my dog for her ophthalmologist appointment, the pet fee was very reasonable, after staying here for the first time I definitely will be back!

Room came with kitchenette as well as plates, bowls, pans, and basic cookware. Spa tub was very clean and the shower head had mild hard water stains but nothing actually dirty. Very good room for the price and the office lady waited for us to arrive very late at night.

Was nice enough, but the electrical outlet in the bathroom wasn't working and a staff member fixed it one day, then it stopped working the next..... also, we could not figure out how to get volume on the television.... staff members were very helpul though!

This place works "if" you don't spend a lot of time there. If the motel was in another area of the city, it would be a better than average stay. Hookers, homeless and drug addicts are a plenty. Be careful!!

It is not suitable for people who are attending to the convention center I personally did not think it is safe It is noisy The heater was not accessible for adjusting the temperature. I could not reach without a stool which was not in the room. it is far from the convention center and the cost of transportation to the Convention center is high. It is better to take a hotel closer to the convention center with lower transportation cost. The cost of booking the hotel was relatively lower than the hotels near the convention center.
