Great place to stay with family.

We got the room with kitchen. The kitchen was beautiful, but I bet whoever designed the kitchen never cook. lol The Island power didn't work for pretty much whole time we stayed. we asked to fix it, but it was fixed on the last day. We had to make coffee on the floor. The chirs look nice and modern but they are not so comfortable. The key card wasn't working all the time, so I had to come all the way down pretty much every time we try to get in the room. But I think I will stay again if I am traveling with kids. Room was very spacious, and being able to cook is very helpful. Price was very resonable too.

Property is nice, especially since there’s no casino in lobby and we had a child with us. Place needs a little bit of TLC, mostly the rooms. Front desk isn’t much of help when needing extra things or to get room cleaned.

So I chose to book this stay because I was interested in buying a unit. Well from the moment I arrived the vibe was off. I check in and the moment I walk into the unit it’s had a strong weed smell so I call down to make sure they noted the odor. I also had them put it in my notes. They didn’t care the front desk rep kinda giggled and asked if I wanted someone to spray the room. The shower had an awful mold odor the rugs were old floors dusty and they need to change the a/c filters! The second day I asked for room service and I left around 1pm and sat at the bar until around 5 to give them time to clean I go up and nothing was done and when I called no one cared! I was flabbergasted! This was such a disguisting disappointing stay! They staff doesn’t care at all! Then in the morning I was told check out was at 12 at 12 the maid come screaming with an attitude it was insane then I call down to the front desk and all the systems are down! Like who’s running this place I proceed to go down to make sure they know I’m leaving and the red headed lady and the fat Hispanic women give me the dirtiest looks! I’ve never dealt with these types of situations! Please BEWARE when booking this hotel! It was a nightmare

The whirlpool tub backed up and flooded our room. Even though maintenance claimed to have fixed it, we were not able to shower the next day because the shower was backing up. Overall, if I could give the hotel 0 stars I would. I’d really like Expedia to refund my money!
