Paid the deposit, and was set to pay a small additional amount at property. Placed my card on hold for entire amount including what they had already been paid, and were not entitled to hold. Checked put and was provided a receipt. However hold on my card was not released. They blamed bank, and bank said hotel had not released hold. Called hotel back and was told I was not completely checked out. Was told they would complete check out and that this was completed with release of funds. Bank stated this had not been done. Still waiting for my money, and the excess money they took out. Hotel somewhat outdated, and found that there have been reports of bedbugs for this hotel. Area ok

The stay was fine. The hotel is outdated. I didn’t like that the options for checking in were using the self check kiosk or be checked in by a concierge for an extra $40. Especially when there were four of them not helping anyone. Not exactly how one would like to be greeted with their stay. Lighting in the room was poor and one of the lamps didn’t work. The thermostat was set to Celsius and didn’t maintain the temperature as it was on and off all night making it either too hot or too cold. We stayed here for the convenience of the Arena as we had a graduation to attend. I would consider staying again but it would probably be a last choice.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. This is the first time my roomed smelled like smoke. But the staff was accomadating and i was able to switch rooms with no problems.

If you're on a budget, this is the place to stay. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The facilities are decently maintained for the age of the hotel. Parking is free. The pool is nice (but did have a water feature either not turned on or broken). The food, drinks, and gift shop are at reasonable prices for Las Vegas. The downsides are that it's off strip and the location is in a seedy area, the free shuttle - to the strip - has been discontinued, the show that was supposed to be on-site had moved with advance notice to us ticketholders, the pool was overcrowded, and the bar with the live band allowed people to take over large areas (with only 1 person in the "party") so we (2 people - 1.5 hours before the band started) didn't find a place to sit.
