Initially when we arrived we were satisfied with the room itself. The first full day we were out all day and did not return to the room until 2pm and nobody had come to clean our room or to give us fresh sheets/towels. I had to call the second day for them to come and do that, which I’ve never had to do this before usually this gets done without having to call the front. When they finally came to bring us the towels/sheets you could clearly tell nothing was cleaned. When we walked though the halls the cleaning lady was always sitting down in the same room. Again the room itself was good and spacious but they need to work on the service.

Hotel is old and dark and dreary for Las Vegas. Seemed clean although daily room service is not available towels only. I could not make my room as bright and cheerful as the pics. If $$ is your main criteria this is the place. You need to ask for your food credit it will be forgotten by check in staff. Valet parking was very good, quick and tip only. Eating off site would be my recommendation.
