Not enough attention was given to me when I complained about the shower handle. Later when I showered it fell on my toe while in the shower. I was not given a single call from any manager. To top it off I stayed there for 4 nights and was told that on the third day I would get my bed sheets changed and not even my trash was taken Out that day I had to call down to room service and request cleaning

We knew the hotel would be crowded for this Jamz weekend, but the staff was up to the task of handling the crowds and keeping things organized and friendly. I’m very pleased with our stay.

It was a good stay

It was a good stay. Very quiet.....it was a typical stay at a casino resort. We found Fridays to be the best bargan. They had a burger and fries and a drink for under $10. We were unhappy to pay a resort fee and not have a hot tub use or pool use. And my daughter is 2 weeks from 18 and was not able to use the workout room. But all in all friendly staff, clean room. No bugs. The down fall was no warning that there is a $40 fee if you check in early. So be careful of hiden costs.

had a great experience

stayed here for a cheer competition, its very convenient to be able to go back to the room to relax for a bit, only downside was the elevator rush during check in and the event going on at the same time.
