Orleans is my go to, travel annually. Grounds are clean well maintained and staff are fantastic Rooms are comfy well appointed and sound proof Pool is well maintained very relaxing lifeguards on duty, bar available Bowling alley is top notch as is movie theatre

Everything was good except for the begging qhere the room had dirty water come out for minute, although it was fine after, they allowed me to exchange rooms, overall the hotel was amazing.

Being forced to use the self check-in kiosk or pay an extra $35 was ridiculous. The kiosk is complicated and required assistance - therefore it made no sense that they would charge and extra $35 to check in at the desk and was especially frustrating that other guests (I know because I was told) were not required to pay extra to check in at the from desk.
