Appreciated the kind, helpful staff, location near bus stop, room space with small kitchen, shower, comfortable bed & pillows, cleanliness. Each time I return here I need to ask for different sheets as I always find very worn pilled sheets on the bed. The "resort fees" need to be included in the rates advertised. The lower rooms on the canal side can be noisy with the heavy traffic there.

Staff was great. Definitely pay the $40 for nightly parking on Sunday and Thursday nights so you don’t get towed on Ala Wai Blvd. Great room location was walkable. We payed a little more to have the executive suite and it was well worth it. We will definitely be back.

Great hotel & the staff is amazing! The rooms are slightly older, but clean, well maintained and spacious! The staff goes above and beyond and the location is superb. Will definitely stay here again!
