No elevator, wasn't aware, also 3 floors up, with 100# of luggage it was a trek. Was hard to find where to find room at first, other than bldg number no real guidance. Coffee maker should be tossed, does not operate correctly, also filters wrong style and the coffee instant. Pictures show nice set up, like coffee and tea available. Not so. Also Pictures show decor nicer, it wasn't quite like photos and deck cushions faded, not a big deal but place is misrepresented . Tub makes noise when standing, not installed properly, fridge not level same issue. Small bed way more comfortable than large bed, all pillows are very flat if you like flat pillows. No real curtains in bedroom, so bring sleeping mask unless you want to be awake at 6:30am. Conversely lights are dim in the evening, all lamps in bedroom and some lamps are just strange to use for most part, the switch is on the cord by outlet, and flimsy. No hand towels, just 2 little washcloths and a few bathtowels. The little things add up, I can overlook some things but overall a bit disappointed. At least I felt safe with guard and fencing etc. Nice view of Rio atleast.
