The Bel Air are going through a change of management. There wasn't always someone to sort issues out. The reception staff were friendly, but they could not sort issues. Our issues were Ants in our cupboard. Our room had cracked and broken tiles and not enough glasses. The heated Spa was broken for 6 of the days we stayed. Many of our friends also staying during the time we were there, had worse issues. The amount of money we paid for this hotel, we regret it and wish we went to the Sofitel or something nicer. The rooms are all in various stages of either already renovated, or still original.
