Virgin hotel generally pretty good with excellent staff and service. My two problems were no coffe or tea facilities in room. And still allow smoking in Casino areas which pervades the main downstairs and many restaurants.

The room was very nice, large and clean...and surprisingly quiet. I have to say that was the best part. Too many casinos have thin walls. The Virgin Resort was quiet and had a good vibe. There were plenty of places to eat so we didn't have to leave if we didn't want to. The pool was heated and the bar next to it poured perfect cocktails. All in all a great 3 days weekend with my (adult) kids!

Clean, comfortable bed, spacious room. Free parking. Pricey(weekend booking) ,resort fee, no microwave. The towels are old.

The property is well kept. The villa was over the top. The staff is beyond reproach. Everyone I encountered, from front desk, to housekeeping, to servers was friendly and attentive. Just wish there wasn’t smoking in the casino. That’s my only gripe!
