Three stars because of CONS noted. Please read full review to understand low rating due to Expedia reservation mixup. Otherwise hotel itself is nice. Had alarming checkin mixup. My friend and I traveled to meet in Vegas. I book Expedia frequently and have never been told I don’t have a reservation and hotel is full. This happened. Even after calling a manager over to show my Expedia Conf# and exact dates within App. This was upsetting having traveled and told we didn’t have a room. I had even messaged hotel prior to my arrival informing them of our late 8PM flight so they were aware. They even messaged me back thanking me. You can imagine my suprise when I was told my 3 night reservation wasn’t found and since booked through 3rd party (Expedia) they couldn’t do anything. Ultimately after a wait, manager somehow “found a room” and we were able to checkin. We appreciated the manager doing the right thing! Room was great, and modern. Stakehouse was nice. Coffee shop understaffed but fast with good coffee. Nice dealers at the tables. This was HardRock Hotel. Clearly a change in ownership and staff remaining from Hardrock are feeling confusion and mismanagement under new ownership. A small drink at poolside bar outrageously priced at $25, but seemed to be that way everywhere.

First time visiting Virgin Hotels and I was impressed with the rooms and dining. Staff were very friendly and helpful except the valet parking staff. They were very rude if you did not tip them every time. I huge turn off for me and my family but loved everything else.

The property was very nice and clean. Rooms were as picture. The staff I came in contact with was very friendly. The resturants a little pricey. But overall the stay was great. Also free parking and valet was a plus.

There was no type of consideration to the inconvenience of the airline to me. I liked staying at the virgin hotel, but I guess its time to pick a new hotel.

Our stay was good not like other times we’ve stayed here. We only had 1 issue that the room above us was a suite with a bowling alley in it. They bowled unit 3am when the curfew is 11pm. Had to call the front desk multiple times and security was sent over.
