DO NOT STAY HERE _ UNSAFE There was a fire in the hotel and the fire alarm didn't work on the 15th floor. The first I knew of it was when the announcements were made that there was a fire and to evacuate. This is a serious breach of safety.I reported it to the front desk and then got a letter in my room the next day saying the hotel's safety systems functioned exactly as they were designed to do. DO NOT STAY HERE

The place is in a desperate need of a deep clean and update The bathroom was terrible, filthy grout, cracked tiles etc. The room itself, all be it a bit dated was fine, spacious and had all amenities Gym was ‘ok’ however main multi gym out of order Pool, didn’t look very inviting and the sauna was also out of order.

Friendly helpful staff, had us checked in at 11am. Tea, coffee facilities while waiting to check in. Very central location, 5 min walk into darling harbour, and china. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable, I would definitely stay here again.

Location is brilliant. But don’t expect much else. Very tired rooms with beds that were like sleeping on a cement block. Twin bed configuration that were so close you couldn’t even put your legs over the side of. Had asked for staff at reception to call me once room was available as was travelling with elderly mum for a dying relative situation and was assured they would call so she could get in to room for a much needed nap after travelling on the red eye. That was actually their suggestion but no call was made. Disappointing. It’s not the cheapest hotel on offer in this area but should be. The bathroom was Japanese style and proportion and VERY hard to manuveure for my mum. Won’t be staying here ever again. The convenience of location is not enough to outweigh the price and dreariness of a hotel in desperate need of a full renovation

Room was small, dirty with left over tissues in drawers and dusty. We had no hand soap as well and when asked we got given body wash in bottles. By morning there was no power to charge phones or boil the kettle. As well as not having one phone in the room to contact concierge.
