This is my second time staying at YEHS, I love the location very conveinent. The staff are polite and helpful. It is an older style hotel but is clean and Tidy. The parking is tight, I have a small car so manageable but there are people parking with bigger cars which makes it challenging and very tight in an already tight car park. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again!

Excellent location, just few mins walk to QVB, Townhall & Darling Harbour, lots of restaurants nearby. The room is a bit old, the towel rack had dropped in the washroom. Dun expect the kitchen could be used as the pot & pan are rusty & other food wares are also dirty so I didn’t cook. It’s still good value for money considered the location & room size.

A perfect location for of Sydney’s attractions

First things first, you could not find a better location for everything Sydney has to offer than here. Minutes walk to both the City Centre & Darling Harbour, not to mention Chinatown too. The staff are lovely too and nothing is too much trouble, yes there are better hotels, with better all around facilities, but for location and price, this is a little gem!

The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Very convenient and perfect location. Close to shopping Center and Chinatown. Surrounded by so many good restaurants. The only downside is our room is quite noisy and cant sleep specially during heavy traffic. I wish they have double glass windows to cut the traffic noise. On our second day the cleaner didn’t empty the rubbish and wash all the cups and mugs. Apart from that all good.

A little run down but hotel was exactly what we needed. Customer service was great, friendly team. Location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants and access to the light rail and trains and also a short walk to Darling Harbour. The cafe downstairs is amazing, top service and amazing coffee. I will definitely stay here again!
