The room was clean and comfortable. The carpeting was worn & stained; and the mattress pad was torn. All the staff were attentive, friendly & courteous. Patty in the breakfast dining area was exceptional, the area was immaculate and the breakfast food was wonderful.

Decent cleanliness. Staff was nice but had to wait on check in and it was awkward. The lady checking me in had two shirts on and the top one was only half way on? The room was clean but the pillows were uncomfortable

Great location for a weekend in Cooperstown. Walkable to grocery store and fast food. Rooms were large, clean, very quiet and great breakfast selection. Would stay again on next trip.

Ok last resort

This hotel was subpar. There are many other places in Cooperstown that seem much nicer. Stains on the carpet, no new towels or room service for the four days I was there. Had to ask for additional amenities that were supposed to be included, and was overcharged based on what was reserved through Hotels.com. It's fine in a pinch, but 2-3 stars at best.

Check-in was easy and staff were inviting. The staff member at breakfast works endlessly to make the breakfast area clean, served hot and always smiling. I witnessed her accommodating a special need/request.
