Had a great couple nights filled with family time. Upstairs very nice and spacious. Great area for playing games. Beautiful view, Wonderful yard. Looking forward to coming back to enjoy when it isn’t freezing cold! Owners very responsive to any needs.

This is a beautiful place on Lake Hartwell...very clean. Owners communicated very well. Close to I85 but not too close. We stayed here for a long weekend and a UGA football game. Access to Athens was extremely easy coming from the North. Family flew in and out of Greenville SC which is only an hour away. Nice to avoid Atlanta traffic. Lavonia and Hartwell not too far away with grocery stores, restaurants, etc.

The home is located in a quiet area on Lake Hartwell. We had access to a kayak and a paddle board provided by the home owner. Plenty of room for the dogs to run. Fishing poles and lure were also available. We caught a big one that got away! The swing and chairs on the floating dock and the spacious porch were our favorite spots. Well stocked with cook ware and items needed to serve breakfast. Remote location but close enough to drive into Greenville and Clemson.

We had a wonderful stay at this lake house. It was very clean and accommodating. The beach was our favorite part of the day and we would highly recommend this to anyone who has children. The garlands left their paddleboard and their kayak which we had a blast with.

Beautiful lake property

We had an incredible time at the lake! The house is exactly as described with breathtaking lake views and everything you need to relax at a lake vacation. House is well stocked with essentials and Dan was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Would love to visit again!

Great Getaway Spot

We stayed Memorial Day with a group of friends and our dogs. The setting was beautiful. The deck was spacious and had three different seating areas. There was plenty of room in the kitchen and dining area for eating and game playing. We enjoyed both the SUP and the kayak. We had campfires on the beach reminiscent of our annual camping trip (but with the convenience of close bathrooms, showers and a kitchen! ) The dock was nice, outfitted with lounge chairs and a porch swing to ease us into the day! We loved that the deck had gates at the entrances to keep the dogs in when we were at the house. We even played corn hole (supplied by the owners)!!! The kitchen was well appointed so we were able to cook and bake everything we wanted!! We really didn’t have a complaint. We’d return and highly recommend it!

Perfect Waterfront Getaway!

I recently stayed at this beautiful Vrbo location and had an amazing experience. The property is right on the water, offering stunning views that are truly breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying my morning coffee while watching the sunrise was a highlight of my trip.The home itself is well-maintained and tastefully decorated, providing a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and ensured that everything we needed was available.One of the best parts was that the property is pet-friendly. It was wonderful to be able to bring my furry friends along and enjoy the vacation together.Overall, I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque getaway. I can't wait to return!

Lake house with a view

A great property with a wonderful view of the lake. Nearby boat ramp at Rock Springs is easily accessible, allowing you to bring your own boat as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Family time by the Lake

Our family loved our time in your home. A few minor suggestions: Water pressure is low, we did not see a kayak (could be due to storm but it would have been helpful to know ), a cookie sheet would be helpful in the kitchen, and we did not have laundry detergent to start towels when we left this morning. Overall, excellent!! Just a few minor details.

Weekend Getaway

We had a great time at your beautiful lake house! The views were amazing. The teens loved staying in the lower level rooms. The house is well stocked and comfortable. We spent the days lounging on the huge patio, swimming in the lake, and sunbathing on the dock.

We absolutely loved this property!! Our hosts were fantastic!! So clean, peaceful, easy lake access, beach, and well appointed! Comfy! I think that about checks all the boxes! We have this placed saved and will be back for another week or two of r&r. Thank yoy!!

Beautiful lake front property

We had the best time. The house was amazing with all of the amenities. The owners have everything you could need for a wonderful vacation on the lake. The lake views were beautiful with a great beach area. We can’t wait to come back. Owners were also very hospitable.

Family vacation

The house was great for our annual family vacation! The living and kitchen/ dining areas were very open and roomy. The porch was lovely. The only downside was that you had to exit the house to get to the downstairs bedrooms and bath, but unless it was raining, this wasn't really an issue during our stay. Very nice location, and excellent beach area!! The owner's communication before, during and after our stay was really nice.

Everything was great and very spacious both couches make a bed if you have family Coming and going. The sandy beach was great for the young ones to swim and having the house pet friendly is an additional benefit. We will definitely return

Great House in Great Location

The house is roomy and well appointed. Felt like we were staying at home. The kids and the dogs really enjoyed the beach area. The kayak and paddle board were a hit. 10/10. Would recommend!
