Private parking. Shops are approximately 300 meters away and the beach is in front of the residence (no road to cross).

FACE A LA MER

Malgré l'âge de cette résidence et ses longs couloirs , nous avons été agréablement surpris d'entrée par cette pièce de vie et par la vue sur la mer, appartement lumineux et fonctionnel. Très belle terrasse avec BBQ .Ce qui fait oublié le reste.(architecture bien pensée à l'époque). l'accès direct sur la plage et les commerces à 2 pas .Terrain de boules en bas de l'immeuble. C'était franchement un super séjour en famille ! à refaire & à conseiller !
