The manager was so helpful and wanted to carry our luggage to our room. Small bar was so well stocked and fun meeting other people. The manager even put on the hockey game we wanted to watch. Breakfast was not your normal free breakfast. It was so well stocked and everything was so fresh. The biscuits and gravy tasted homemade. The gentleman running the breakfast was asking everyone if they needed something and bringing juice, ect. right to your table.

We enjoyed stay. Food was good and we were very close to some of the distilleries in Bardstown. We will be back for sure.

Clean very nice

Start with the positive. Room was ok clean and bed was comfortable. Plenty of parking. First issue was open packet of body cream and no hangars, but they were replaced after trip to office. This indicates cleaning not thorough. No coffee maker in room. Coffee in the office only. There is no daily housekeeping. I guess I could ask for new towels and washcloths, but it says they had daily housekeeping. Only 2 flimsy plastic cups which broke when I opened the pack and ready for bed, so no going to the office. The bar soap was so small it fell apart the 2nd day. Not enough shampoo. They need to upgrade the amenities or replace daily, without a trip to the office. Room can use some repairs, but I believe they are updating.
