Bathroom not very clean, scum around the sink plug. Shower/bath very dated. Bed linen was clean, was ok for one nights sleep. Carpet needed a clean, had an iron burn mark in the walk way. Tv was very good. Receptionist wasn’t helpful nor was she inviting upon check in. No information was given just the room key.

Value on a tight budget

Good value for £55 per night. Food ideal for limited budget. Staff are friendly and helpful. Contract Trades and coach parties seem to frequent. Plenty of parking.

Not that close to airport

On the good side, room was comfortable. Tea available in room. Check in and check out, fast. Receptionist was fine. On the other side, I booked as I thought it was close to airport and hotels.com listed that it had a shuttle bus. I sent an email to the hotel asking about the shuttle bus, and received a message saying the office was closed. On arrival at 10:00 pm Leeds/Bradford, I called the number provided, and office was closed. Eventually got a 16 pound uber to hotel and there was a sign on desk saying there was no shuttle bus services anymore--only private taxis. It would have been easier to simply get a hotel in central Leeds if you're arriving late and traveling/connecting by train.

The receptionist was unwelcoming, unhelpful and rude. Although near the airport (which was the reason for the stay) accessibility is difficult without a car. Airport shuttle is not available to routine guests.

Your guys deserve no score at all .Booked for a 3 days stay , missed the first day due to family emergency and was told that my reservation was cancelled without any prior notice and I came all the way from Great Yarmouth (East of England) . I was left stranded with no place to sleep . It was a horrible experience

Clean comfortable room. Loved shutters and curtains on windows so room really dark. Friendly and helpful staff at the pool. Nice breakfast.
