Clean rooms. Staff were very helpful - there was a minor problem with the first room we were assigned to, but the staff fixed it right away, no drama. There is a kitchen and laundry accessible 24 hours a day, which was very useful as we were jet lagged and really needed a cup of coffee at 3 am! Location is perfect for us: ten minute walk from the busiest areas, area is quiet and calm but still with a grocery and several cafes nearby. I will certainly look for StayKoook locations when I visit other cities in Germany, and I recommend the Leipzig location.

Excellent. Felt like a 5-star hotel. Excellent location for the city, train station & trams and sightseeing. Good breakfast. Nice sociable bar. Only negative - its needed more staff the front desk. I was delayed by a queue of guests checking in.

Good breakfast and we used the bar most evenings of our stay. Service was good and bar staff were helpful.

Normalny pokój, czysty, wygodne lóżko. Internet słaby, ale przecież potrzebny jest nocleg tylko.
