Wonderful hotel

We just had a one-night-stay with two kids, so we didn’t get to spend much time at the hotel. However from what we did see, the hotel seemed like a place we definitely would come back to for a more thorough “inspection” of all the hotel has to offer. Rating the service-level might be unfair, but we had no contact with any staff, since everything was digitalized - which worked smoothly. Our kids have ordered a city-vacation next time, and we will very likely make the trip to Leipzig and stay at Penta Hotel for that.

worst hotel in Germany

terrible hotel, more like a 2star. From the staff who couldn't fashion a smile if their life depended on it (I'm looking at you vietnamese woman!), to the cleaners who couldn't be bothered to clean my room (what are you only going to clean when I leave?) I pay 4 star prices to have my room cleaned! If you're trying to be environmentally-eco-great thunberg friendly, let me know and I'll go somewhere else, like motel one! The breakfast was an absolute mess, it's actually in the main reception lobby??? I have never seen that before, where next, in the toilet?? No omelette station, very basic offerings, and a crowd of people queuing up like cattle at an abattoir. No water in the room, or in the lobby. No fridge in the room. Half the plug points weren't working. How the hell is it a 4 star???

Rigtig godt hotel med flinke og hjælpsomme ansatte. Rigtig meget for pengene. Ligger super fint tæt på centrum. Eneste minus var parkering, som var i en parkeringskælder til 24 euro pr døgn. Dejligt værelse med masser af plads. Vi fik et værelse med to toiletter, hvilket var super fint. Vi kommer gerne igen. V

Lieber nur für Frühstück

Bademantel sind gegen 5€ für Sauna. Mal bezahlt man dafür nal nicht. E Ladestation ist zu Langsam und kostet 10€. Parkplatz kostet 24€ und finde zu teuer. Im Bar kann mann die Rechnung nicht auf Zimmer schreiben lassen. Zimmer sind schön dekoriert aber veraltet. Die Duschen im Saunabereich haben ein schlechtes Geruch jedes Mal. Bademantel oder Handtücher müssen vorab von Rezeption abgeholt werden. Nur Zeitverschwendung. Frühstück ist sehr gut und neben dem anderen Bedingungen ausnahmsweise.
