Relaxing rural cottage, 10 minutes off SH1 with views of both the sea and mountains, and surrounding farmland, the perfect place to recharge your batteries. 2 Double bedrooms , lovely kitchen and living areas. 5 minute drive to The Store and 20 minute drive to Ohau Seal Colony. 50 minutes drive to either Blenheim or Kaikoura. Situated amongst mature trees including fruit and nut trees . Please note this property is rurally situated near working farmland.
