Property was so cute! Only a 10 minute walk to downtown and the breakfast offered was delicious. Would recommend to friends who want to explore the Berkshires!

The Appletree Inn newly aquired by Claire Collery, is a treasure! Claire, has taken every effort to make the Inn welcoming, elegant and comfortable for each guest who comes through their doors. The pool was clean and delightfully refreshing while looking out on the Berkshire Hills. The room in the lodge, was basic, but extremely clean and quiet. The main Inn had their "soft opening" of the bar last night, and it was just lovely, and a delicious breakfast with top notch Depot coffee awaited us this morning. Highly Recommend

Good basic clean room. Have stayed here several times while in town for business. Great room and location for a very reasonable price

This is our go-to spot for short trips to the Berkshires. It's on a busy road, but set back from the street, and it's convenient to everything we need. Good breakfast (better than the one I had a much more expensive hotel in NYC last week) and it's clean and comfortable.

We stayed at the Playhouse in the days leading up to our wedding (at the Mount) and used the space for prep the morning of as well. The space is huge with beautiful high ceilings and a lot of history. Seems like it would be a great space for a large family reunion or other get together as well. Super convenient location with a lot of activities. Hosts were very easy to reach and responsive when we had an issue with a package delivery to the wrong location. No complaints at all and an absolutely wonderful property in a gorgeous location. Highly recommend!
