Indoors, the living room has a sofa and a breakfast bar for relaxed meals. The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.
Sleeping
The sofa in the living room converts into a double bed. There is also a bunk bed in the entrance hall.

The independent bathroom has a large glass shower and washbasin, with a separate W.C.

The apartment nestles in the heart of nature, in a very quiet spot, on the edge of the village of Les Houches. For skiing, the Bellevue cable car is a 3-minute drive and the Aiguille du Midi cable car station is 10 minutes away.

Apart from the beautiful, alpine hiking trails, there are many other activities in the area: mountain biking, mountaineering, white water rafting, tennis courts, swimming pools and for even more excitement there is the Addicted Park Gaillards Adventure Park (8-minute drive).
The Mont Blanc Express stops at Taconnaz station (4 minute drive), for excellent rail services in the Chamonix Valley, so visitors can easily explore the rest of the Chamonix area, all the way up to Mont Blanc.
