Best summer holidays ever! The staff was fantastic

The room size was ok for 2 adults and 2 children but the shower room needs more light and clean the mold. The sofa-bed was definitely not for 2 people as it kept turning everytime of of us got into the edge...didn't manage to sleep well. But the location and the staff made up for everything...would definitely come back with the hope that one day they will renew the property...not so much but at least the shower room and the sofa-bed. (room S21)

NOTHING IS INCLUDED: NO TOWELS, NO SHEETS, NO AMENITIES. THEY GIVE YOU ONLY ONE TOILET PAPER (whapped in a nice bag...). AND THE CLEAN UP ID NOT INCLUDED: 55 euros IN EXTRA!!! DON'T GO THERE!!!!

Bon séjour

Nots venons de passer une semaine agreable dans la residence. Les points positifs sont : Proximité des remontées mécaniques Grand parking gratuit ( mais en mauvais état, pas déneigé et pas éclairé la nuit) L'appartement est fonctionnel Le service de livraison du pain et viennoiseries Les points negatifs Mauvaise insonorisation des appartements Le chauffage au sol qui n’est pas réglable, nous avons eu trop chaud donc nous devions ouvrir les fenêtres, c'est dommage Pas de prise dans la mezzanine Pas suffisamment de prises dans les chambres pour charger les téléphones Une planche à découper serait utile dans la cuisine Un seul lave linge dans la buanderie c'est un peu juste (pensez à acheter les jetons pendant les horaires d'ouverture de la réception Pas de chauffage dans la salle de jeu

Vacance au ski

Point négatif :Logement à rafraîchir et trop petit pour 2 familles 4 adulte et 2 bébé Chambre pas spacieux, sur le site il y a marqué 2 lit simple et en faite c’est un lit superposé dans une pièce qui fait à peine 7 m2 Et le pire le tarif indiqué par hôtels.com et pas le même à l’arrivée sur place déçu de hôtel.com je pense changer de site de réservation !!! Point positif : la restauration sur place au top Les employés aimable et accueillant L’emplacement très bien placer au pied des pistes. Parking gratuit

Bel emplacement, très bien pour aller randonner. Cependant, plusieurs choses ne vont pas (logement V25) : - la ventilation dans la cuisine ne fonctionne pas, et absence de hotte aspirante, d'où les tâches d'humidité au plafond qui doivent commencer à dater - l'isolation phonique du logement, on entend le voisin ronfler comme s'il était dans la pièce à côté. Un jour de plusieurs centimètres au niveau de la porte d'entrée, ce qui n'arrange pas l'isolation, et qui de surcroît laisse entrer l'odeur nauséabonde (vomi ?) qui émane du logement du voisin. - la "terrasse", qui sert aussi d'allée pour accéder au logement des voisins, et qui devait avoir en tout et pour tout 30 minutes d'ensoleillement dans la journée. - les oreillers ne sont pas confortables pour moi (beaucoup trop épais) Malgré tout, j'ai passé une bonne semaine.

La vue est à couper le souffle !

Nous avons passé un agréable (mais trop court) séjour dans cette résidence en été. L'accueil est top et l'ensemble du personnel est très serviable. C'est vraiment a souligner car tous ont le sourire et se plient en quatre pour vous, même en fin de saison. Bonne communication avant la réservation et pendant le séjour : des affiches, des SMS chaque jour. La résidence est plutôt bien située, juste en dessous des Orres 1650. On peut d'ailleurs accéder a la station directement à pieds en 15 minutes en utilisant la piste tout en haut. Nous avons trouvé quelle était à taille humaine. Tout est pensé pour les familles et les enfants : salles de jeu, piscine, structure gonflable, toboggans, un enclos avec des chèvres... En fin de journée, il y a toujours une animation pour petits et grands : marché de producteurs, jeux en bois, Nous avons testé la piscine, rien à dire si ce n'est que la plage avec les transats est sous-dimentionnee et c'est dommage. 6 ou 7 places tout au plus, cela n'encourage pas à rester flâner. Nous avons testé le bar au dessus de la piscine mais pas le restaurant par manque de temps. L'offre et les prix ont l'air très correct, avec des soirée crêpes, barbecue... Concernant l'appartement, nous étions dans le bâtiment BellaVista et il porte bien son nom : la vue est tout simplement splendide et à couper le souffle !!!! Les montagnes environnantes, le lac de serre-ponçon...

Très heureux de notre séjour

Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé. Le studio pour 4 de 33 m2 avec le coin montagne est situé de plan pied dans la bergerie, à côté de l'accueil, de la piscine. Bien qu'une petite rénovation ne soit pas complètement inutile, le logement est bien aménagé, agréable, bien équipé. La terrasse sans vis à vis ( sauf l'enclos des deux petites chèvres !) est bien équipée avec une table de pique-nique en bois, un etendoir ( très pratique quand on revient de la piscine!). Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et sympathique. Rien à dire de négatif !
