When checking in staff were not very attentive didn’t share any welcomes or amenities. Didn’t even mention the Wi-Fi like you get every time you go to a hotel just basics when you’re being checked in. In order to get hot water in the shower we had to run the tub for 10 minutes to get any hot water running and the electrical plug in the bathroom was very suspect. Also, if you went for work and took an executive room like we had you had no desk to do work at.

We chose to stay at fantasyland, because we had spent the day at the waterpark and wanted the convenience of the close proximity. We chose a room with bunk beds for the kids. The room had dried boogers all over the door frame to the bathroom and more boogers stuck everywhere around the bunk beds. Absolutely disgusting, unfortunately we did not notice any of it until late and night. The room had run down furniture and light fixture were bent and barely hanging on the wall. Let’s just say for the price I was extremely disappointed. Not a chance I’ll be back.

No hot water in the shower..maintenance guy said it was because the hot water has to come all the way from the roof. Room was dated and beaten up. Room not ready to check-in at check-in time. 3 nights stay and 1 out of the 4 elevators were down at 1 point over the 3 nights..all this hotel has going for it is location..

We rented a cot for my son to sleep in as well, and it was so old, monkey, and totally worn out! The beds are also quite lumpy and worn out in the pillows. Need a lot to be desired… Overall, the property felt somewhat tired and not worth the money.

The room was very dated and well used and are in dire need of an update for the price they charge. The staff and valet were top notch and very helpful and friendly. They made the whole check in process very easy and the help getting luggage to the room was great. Lots of road construction around the mall making it a little difficult to get to the hotel front entrance but overall it was a great experience.

Once you enter the hotel, you feel transported to another land! Thw decor of the hallqay the room, it was unique. The room we stayed in had an indoor jacuzzi, which again was so much fun. They have in InDining option which was great too. Altogether we enjoyed and look forward to experiencing another room.
