The staff were friendly and welcoming - arguably the saving grace of this at best 2-star accomodation. The pool was dirty and cold and the spa completely broken for 2 of the 3 days we were there. On the 1 day it was ‘working’ it didn’t heat. There were plenty of drunk and noisy guests coming and going, banging on doors in the middle of the night and swearing loudly. The location is not great - although you can walk 20-25 minutes to the centre and beaches, there isn’t even a convenience store within less than a 15-20 minute walk. On a first glance, the rooms were tidy and neat, but if you actually look eg under beds or in corners they are absolutely filthy. Would not recommend, and would not stay again, especially for over $1,100 for 3 nights.

We had a very modern and clean room. The bed and pillows were comfortable, room spacious, bathroom clean and spa a great size. There was a pool on site, but we didn't get to use as didn't stay long. Parking was great, location close to town. Property is right on the highway and train line, so a bit loud, but as can be expected.
