Staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is being remodled,so there are repairs going on everywhere. We were in a already remodel room and kept falling on the foot sized hole in the middle of the room,wall holes with exposed wires also. The whole place is in a horrible state of disrepair. Also there was a old dirty washcloth hanging from the shower curtain.

Left the property with bug bites all over my legs. The beds look like they are from the 80’s. Holes in the wall in bed room. Shower rod was disconnected from the wall. Couldn’t event get out door open. Went to breakfast and there were bugs everywhere. Long story short I would not recommend at all.

HORRIBLE!!!

This hotel was horrible in every way possible. 3 different Low battery fire alarms in the hallways going off all night. Laundry broken, ice machine broken, bathroom toilet broken, pool freezing, hot tub so incredibly filthy it was green and had unidentified substances floating on top of the water. A fungal/bacterial infection just waiting to happen. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at and would not recommend it to anyone under any circumstances.

Awful hotel!

I did not usually fill out reviews. Our stay at this hotel was awful. I waited for 30 minutes for someone to check me in. Then I found out that the amenities that they said that they had online they did not have. Not only that we checked and we were told that they did not have any hot water. The hotel was under construction, but it looked like it had been for a long time. I don’t think you should be able to falsely advertise the type of stay, you are going to receive. I should’ve taken pictures, but I was so ready to leave the next day that we literally woke up the first thing in the morning and checked out. Very disappointed!

Got to the room and the bed sheets weren’t even in the bed. The sheets and pillows were on a chair and the suitcase stand. Crumbs and dirt all over. The faucet in the tub was hanging off the wall and barely hanging on by a little caulk. Asked for a refund and the hotel would not issue a refund. This place is disgusting and not clean. The back of the hotel is boarded up, it looks condemned.. there is no way this hotel meets safety and sanitation standards.

They are going through a remodel which is no big deal but they gave us a room knowing it had a hole in the middle of the floor. It was big enough i tripped over. That room should have been out of service what if i would got hurt. Very disappointed
