Property was outdated found a roach on additional bed, after that couldn't sleep comfortably. Some staff was a little rude. I only stayed because it was the only place available I would never stay there again.

God awful

It was absolutely disgusting. If it weren’t near the only room I could find I wouldn’t have stayed. It’s a “non smoking” room but there were cigarette burns on the sheets and a cigarette filter on the head board. The tile in the shower looked nice but the barrier didn’t keep the water in the tub so it flooded the bathroom every time we wanted to take a shower. Not to mention the fan in the bathroom had no way of turning on so there’s no telling what’s growing in there.

The staff especially head of housekeeping very rude cut you off ehile talking, We were outside smoking had an ashtray, she walked up said hotel police don't throw your cigarette butts on the ground. I told her we have an ashtray it was not us she rolled her eyes at my family and walked off. Then our last day there she had someone scrream cursing at her and punching things i was going down to get the to go breakfast i asked her if she was okay she proceeds to throw her hands up and says I'm F***ing done slam door and ascted rude. Reven then i asked her 2 more times. I understand she was upset but there was no reason for her to ytrst other paying guests terribly. GM didn't care wantred yo use her bad day. We alll have bad days but, being a manager you don't take it out on customers.
