Hotel and room were very nice and quiet. Bed was excellent. Getting to and from hotel was difficult because of traffic and crowded area. Parking was not good and they charger $15 a day.

Booked a honeymoon suite for our anniversary specifically for the deep soaking tub and king bed. Arrived and got checked into a standard double queen with shower. Told the hotel did away with all tubs during their remodel at first. Then got told our room was double booked and there was nothing else available with a tub. Was also told there was no manager available that evening, so needed to come back in the morning to talk to someone about a refund. We didn’t stay and this really put a damper on our evening as we had this stay planned during our only week off of work together. Overheard that a manager made the change to our original booking, so that and the fact that we were lied to originally about all of the tubs being taken out left us feeling misled about the whole booking. Won’t be returning.

My only complaint is the addition of a $15.00 parking fee in a public parking lot. No valet simply asked if I had a car and handed me a mirror hanger. Should have been included when booking on line. Everything else was good
