Was a nice hotel from the rooms and the feel of it. However staff was very hit or miss. One literally rolled her eyes when asked about the included breakfast, couldn't answer the question and told the other front desk girl she couldn't deal with this, who then stepped in and kindly answered the question. My room was incredibly hot. I asked about the AC not working and they assured me that they would get someone to fix it or get me another room. Neither of these things happened and had miserable nights trying to sleep with it blowing hot air. Had to go down to the lobby multiple times just to cool off.

Nice hotel

The Hilton is in a great location downtown Lexington! The hotel itself is very nice with a lot of great features and amenities. Our room was nice however, there is no bathroom fan which was disappointing. The air conditioning also seemed not to work very well. We had it set to the lowest setting and we were still sweating like we were staying in the amazon.
