Lima is chaotic. Fortunately I had five peaceful nights staying at Tierra Viva Miraflores Mendiburu. Well maintained. Great location, well situated within the proximity to beaches, parks, shopping and highly-rated restaurants. Helpful and friendly staff.

We had a gap between our stay and they kindly stored our bags and then placed them in our new rooms for us to be there on our late night arrival, which was such a great gesture. Highly recommend staying here.

We stayed here for one night on our way out of Peru. The staff were great and very accommodating. We did notice stains on a bedding in our room as soon as we checked in and the staff graciously changed our room for us. The room was clean and the bed was good.
