The hotel was shabby, bathroom was in need of maintenance, bed was too soft & internetwould not connect. The hotel was also too far out of town, although thereis a very good restaurant & bar directly opposite.

I left a day early and asked for a refund.

The hotel is under construction. I could not even relax in my room after breakfast because of the noise. I asked for a refund and they said no. My carpet stunk, was stained and the sheets were also stained. The lightbulb on the bedside table was blown out and the bathroom was literally from the 1930s. Slum town with a nicer train station but overall all the shops are closed or for rent. There are two bars in town and the hotel itself is across the street from a very expensive English pub with holes on the floor for toilets. I will fight to get my money back for one night at that hotel when I return from France next week.

One night stop off in Limoges

Basic rooms in need of an update, however sufficient and available for a low price. Staff were friendly and the hotel was located well to the centre. Parking is cheap at 5 euros for a night! Some cool bars in Limoges.

The hotel is not fully refurbished. I spent 2 nights for a conference. 1st in a bad room. I asked for a change and the staff, very pleasant, gave me a good one. Well located for the train station. Breakfast an wifi fine.

Good location not far from the station

Convenient location. Standard hotel just across the road from a few restaurants. Particularly good was Ze Chantier. Check out the decor. Food excellent. Breakfast at the hotel was good.

You need to know

The room was very sad. Miserable decor . When I arrived the first room did not unlock and I was given another. I am slim ...I cannot imagine my husband being able to fit in the minuscule toilet in the room. On a positive note the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. I wish I had taken breakfast at the very nice brasserie opposite that served REAL coffee. The food there is excellent too. I was told that the hotel is undergoing improvements....even the notice in the lift looked old!!
