Lighting in bathroom terrible for putting on make up, to dark and light glared, refridge in room did not run, drinks were not cold, big red stain on carpet in my room, i made note to staff it was ther when i got in room. Now for breakfast no option for someone with diabetes. No sugar free syrup for waffles, no wheat bread, but they did have low fat yogurt so that was breakfast for me.fir breakfast n

We only spent 2 nights as we were having carpet laid in our house and had to move out. This was a nice and clean place to stay.

This property is old and hasn’t been upgraded in some time. The television in my room only worked with local tv and no guide except for a printed version. Old. The fitness center contains three pieces of equipment and a total gym. Nice except the elipitical didn’t work and the television didn’t work. My room was spacious and the bedding was great.

When we went out for the day after sleeping, found out the door to the room didn’t latch shut. We had been leaving our room when it wasn’t locking. They did move us to another room to solve that issue. The air conditioning didn’t cool the room. The gym air conditioning was set to 78 and couldn’t be adjusted. The elliptical didn’t work and the treadmill incline didn’t work, so don’t plan on working out if you stay. Breakfast was good, you’re typical hotel breakfast. The property was probably once very nice, but now somewhat rundown with the slight smell of stale cigarettes in the room.

Much better options available

Was very disappointed. Pictures made it look like a much newer hotel. It is certainly not new or newly renovated. The lobby seems fine, but the rooms seem old and outdated. My room had a lingering smoke and musky odor in it. For one night, it’s fine, but certainly better options available for the same price point.

Our room was dirty and qe found someone else's sock. the sheets had stains on them. The hot didnt get very hot.

Child heard screaming for hours. Loud adult. Called front desk to address the situation, it continued. Went to front desk and employee was unclear of hotel policies on how to handle the situation. Nothing was ever done. Not sure why the hotel booked us in an adjoining room.

When we first walked in water stains on ceiling in lobby. The room smelled moldy, ac unit sounded like a freight train and the thermostat was broken.The shower handle was loose,on each side of the shower the drywall needs replaced “probably the mold smell” the sink stopper was broken.

Budget Buster

It was decent for the price of $100 a night. Breakfast was pretty basic. Hallways smelled like smoke. Lots of peeling paint. I think with a bit of tlc it would be great. I cant complain too much when most comparable hotels in lincoln were 150 and up per night. Id come back if on a budget.
