Super clean. Staff responsive, easy to unload and park near your room, allowed my dog, pool and breakfast very nice. I will stay here every time I’m in Lincoln.

Quality is a misnomer. Room unavailable for 20 minutes after check in time. Shoes stick to the bathroom floor. Conversation in adjacent room heard clearly until 4am. Ice machine inoperative. Pool was filthy. Room view of Allen where garbage dumpsters picked up at 6am. Did I mention sticky bathroom floor? Like maple syrup.

We had booked our stay for a friends wedding and when we arrived to our hotel, there were exposed wires with no smoke alarm, a prong from some electronic stuck in an outlet, another outlet was completely burnt out, the room was dirty, there was trash under the bed, crumbs on the carpet, there was an odor to the room as well. We didn’t even end up staying at the hotel we checked out within a few hours of being there instead of staying our 2 nights. Would not recommend

I would honestly say that the staff was really excellent really great. They did only give me a key for one day even though I clearly booked two nights. It is right down the street from the penitentiary, and I travel alone as a single woman and it was it was fine. I didn’t have any issues. There wasn’t any sketchy characters. Just you know lock your vehicle. You know what I mean However, my family was very concerned when I told them where I was staying they live in Lincoln, Nebraska, and they recommended that I just sleep on their couch instead I found out the hotel was really huge. It doesn’t have an elevator just lots of stairways. The bedsheet had a bunch of holes and tears in it But other than that, everything seem to be fine definitely worth what you pay for and it was a quick trip didn’t want to pay a lot of money. Staff was great. I didn’t eat their breakfast because I was out of the hotel before then they are directly next to a scooters for coffee. It is next to a gas station and a diner Bar

I knew the moment that we walked past the lobby that I made a huge mistake booking this hotel. The hallways smelled awful and were not air conditioned. We opened the door to our room and couldn’t get past the damp, musty smell. The air conditioner was not on and it was 86 degrees outside. We were offered another room upstairs that we held our breath getting to. Again, the smell lingered throughout the entire building. I kept my shoes on while walking in the room because it didn’t feel clean. Lesson learned: you get exactly what you pay for. Spend the extra money and book anywhere else but here.

I stayed for 5 nights as I travel for work. The hotel is fine if you’re just passing through and your expectations aren’t too high. The hotel is dated, the carpet is in need of replacing. My main complaint is with staff who I found to be rude and dismissive. I asked for a late check out (because I work nights) and they were unable to accommodate that even though several rooms next to mine (in need of cleaning) sat empty for the full time I was there with the doors propped open with a garbage can and the hotel was, for the most part empty. Also, the “breakfast” is TERRIBLE. If you like twinkies and Little Debbie cakes you should be fine, otherwise no. The water cooler was out of water. I mentioned it but the jug never got replaced. Next time I plan to look elsewhere.
