I’ve been a long time Marriott property user. This property or my room specifically was in tough shape There was racing going on in front of the hotel or at least near it until 2 o’clock in the morning. On our day of checkout housekeeping knocked on our door 2 1/2 hours before checkout. When I confirm what time checkout was they agreed, then leaned against the wall next to my door waiting for us to leave. I did hear good things about the Doubletree and the Hilton in Omaha, I would strongly suggest checking out those locations and brands instead.

Loved the weekend getaway! First time staying in Omaha and wow! This hotel is in a fabulous location! Downtown Omaha! It was lovely! A lot of places we wanted to check out was in walking distance. The staff were amazing too! Checking in and out was a breeze and they were so helpful with dining recommendations! Will definitely be back for a future stay! Our room got updated and it was amazing! A private terrace with so much room! I fell in love with the spacious bathroom and shower! The little kitchen area was great too! The room itself, smelled so fresh and clean! For being on the eleventh floor, it was nice a cool too! For how large the hotel was, it was so peaceful and quiet! Felt like we were the only guest. Absolutely have to stay here again!!

GREAT experience!!

This was a very comfortable and clean hotel. Service was excellent and fast! The breakfast selection was phenomenal and I will definitely sty here again. Location is great too.

Sensational property

Amazing the staff here was so amazing and ready to assist me with any thing I needed. The rooms are clean. Nice space is very clean. Have no complaints at all. This is like one of the best hotels I stayed at in a long time , I would definitely book with this hotel every time I’m in town, also the elevator the hallways everything smells so fresh and clean. I have no complaints my towels or white. The tub is clean, but also one thing I do look at while I’m inside of a hotel is the bottom of toilet, you can always tell if someone is actually cleaning and just prove to me that you guys are a five star hotel/inn , especially how affordable this is. I’ve never stay somewhere where I can afford it but also get treated like royalty. What hotel goes to the grocery store for you and add it to your bill this is amazing thank you so much. Also, I felt very safe while staying at this hotel I didn’t feel like I had to watch my back while I went into my room and that’s a lot especially been a single woman traveling.
