Room was a bit small but beautifully equipped in a wonderfully located hotel. The common spaces were elegant & the hotel hit all the right notes. Would highly recommend it to all travelers.

This is a great hotel. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Great room, clean and spacious (for European standards). They left treats or gifts for us everyday in our room. Great breakfast buffet everyday.

this is a great hotel if you like being in the downtown core easy to shopping restaurants and entertainment. The rooms are big and very comfortable and the breakfast is outstanding with great staff

The whole historic establishment was clean, well restored, and well maintained. Unlike some ultra-modern hotels, there was ample storage space in both the room and bathroom. The room floor was carpeted. Staffing was ample, friendly and courteous, knowledgeable, and largely proficient in English.
Live piano in the salon adjacent to the bar from 7 to 8 pm each evening was great.
