I stayed at the Be Poet Hotel for a few days while visiting Lisbon. The hotel is very well located — I was able to walk to most of the major districts and attractions, including historical sites, restaurants, and bars. The location made exploring the city very convenient.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel has an on-site restaurant/café, and the breakfast was decent — not remarkable, but a good way to start the day.
The room and bathroom were clean, though both were quite small — something to expect in many European city hotels. The bed was okay, and I slept fine.
My room faced the street, but I didn’t experience much noise, which was a pleasant surprise. The only sound I occasionally noticed was from the elevator, but most guests seemed to use the stairs, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, the noise level was totally manageable.
If I had to note one downside, it’s that the hotel felt a bit pricey for what it offered — but considering the central location, you're likely paying for convenience more than luxury.
Overall, I had a positive experience. The hotel is clean, well-located, and staffed by kind and helpful people — a solid choice for exploring Lisbon on foot.
