This is a solidly very good property. Every where you turn, however, they were begging for you to give them a “10” rating. I found this presumptuous and suggests they have no idea of what constitutes a top notch hotel. Better that they ask guests to offer suggestions of how they can improve as they desire a top tier ranking. Great location for a good hotel.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and smelt lovely. It wasn’t one of the bigger chain hotels so only on a small scale but perfect for our 4 night stay so convenient for shopping, metro, cafes and restaurants etc. I think the Blue Laberdade should definitely be more than 3 stars. My only critique would be is do away with the dressing gowns as they looked like they were passed their sell by date (grubby off white) upon arrival I slung them to one side as made me feel queasy and a big disappointment when everything else was wonderfully clean! Now I’ve visited Lisbon I would also get an uber transfer from the airport to the hotel as so cheap and we paid €45 one way by arranging it with the hotel which is extortionate and a big rip off Bentley or not!

The location was amazing! There may not be a better location in all of Lisbon. The hotel was incredibly clean, the front desk staff was amazing, and the treats they offered in the lobby were fantastic. Really a great place to stay!!

The staff was wonderful from the moment I checked it. They were helpful in setting up nice tours. The room was very comfortable and I was amazed that besides a hair dryer the also had a flat iron. I have never been to a hotel that had flat irons, so it was a nice surprise for this curly hair gal.

Amazing little hotel

I had underestimated this hotel, when I arrived I was greeted with a room upgrade, champagne in my room and free beverages in my room. They even made a reservation for me at the restaurant attached (amazing food). The room was smallish, but well finished, two windows that opened, Bluetooth speaker and the most comfortable bed, I should have spent all of my trip at this hotel!

Value for money is good. Rooms are small and as a solo traveller, even I felt tight. Staff are amazing. The extras including a free walking tour most certainly add to the value. Excellent location, steps to Metro and bus stop. As a 3 star hotel it is excellent. Pretty hard to give a perfect 10, but this hotel comes close.

Reception Staff (mornings, evenings and nights) are very helpful and friendly. They help us with directions and suggested great places to visit. Housekeeping staff are great in maintaining our room clean everyday. Our room is spacious for two person. It has safe box, TV and refrigerator with complementary drinks (soda, juice, water) and welcome wine. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops around the area (one restaurant in front of the hotel). There is a shopping area nearby, next door is adidas shop. Some Tourist attractions are walkable and others are around 5-10 mins drive. Airport and Regional Bus and train station are around 20-30 mins by taxi/uber/bolt. Also, they offer FREE walking tour.
