I normally to write feedback, but this time it is different.
Arrived one hours before check-in time, they didn’t allow had to wait until check in time which is fine. But the room wasn’t ready at the check-in time too.
The shower in the room didn’t draining the water, I normally take a quick shower and consume very little water. The water was coming out of the bathroom to the bedroom area. I informed the reception about the water drainage issue, he immediately said it is my fault because I booked an accessible room and the showers are designed that way without doors, I explained it has nothing to do with the doors, the issue is with the drainage system. Unfortunately, he insisted that it isn’t fault and can’t do anything. I explained that I don’t want you to change my room, I’m here for the short time leaving early morning but want to let you know that there is a problem with the bathroom, and I believe it is a safety concern to the customers and would damage the floor and walls of the room.
At the end he suggested to give me extra towers to lay them on the bathroom floor to absorb the water.
Only one lady at the reception was smiling and helping and was trying to find solutions. The other one were unfriendly and very stubborn.
