The welcoming and restaurant staff are amazing. They are nice, patient, knowledgeable and always attentive to your wellbeing. The room experience is not the same… far away from being a 5 stars… soap not replenished, no water in the room (except the first day), the glass (even the used one) were not cleaned, … many details that needs to be perfected to reach a 5 stars level.

Very quiet room with incredible river view. Breakfast was outstanding with many choices. The museum portion of the hotel is unique and interesting. The location is great for short or long walks. The staff was very helpful. This is an excellent hotel.
