Excellent world class across the board. If you go to Lisbon, stay here. Great location, walking to high end shipping. Many places to eat. Great proper breakfast buffet. The best service I ever had in the world. No kidding. I travel everywhere. Loved the art deco vibe and history.

Simply one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in in a long time with a mix of old world charm, great location, wonderful staff and concierge, especially Larissa. The buffet breakfast was amazing and location was incredible. We’ll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Portugal.

Charming hotel, fantastic service, great location

We had a lovely one night stay. They upgraded our room to a huge suite which was fabulous with 2 different balconies. The staff was super attentive and nice. Breakfast was great and the location of the hotel was fantastic. The only thing to mention is that the hotel could use some updating. It is an art deco hotel so it is expected to be historic, but still could use some small refreshes. All and all a wonderful stay and would recommend

The hotel itself is in an ideal location with just around corner from the shopping district. All staff we encountered are very attentive, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they packed us decent breakfast for our early departure on the check out date. Rooms and all areas are very clean. Complimentary tea/coffee and cakes pre-dinner is a bonus as most restaurants are not serving evening meals until 7pm. Highly recommended - a great hotel at reasonable price.
