We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Lisbon's historic old town. The location was ideal—just steps away from charming streets, great restaurants, and iconic sights. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a lovely room, where a chilled bottle of bubbly was waiting for us—a thoughtful and memorable touch. The room itself was impeccably appointed: stylish, comfortable, and tastefully decorated with attention to every detail. It struck the perfect balance between modern comfort and historic charm. This hotel made our Lisbon stay feel extra special. We wouldn’t hesitate for a second to stay here again—highly recommended!

Hotel da Baixa was a beautiful stay for us in Lisbon. The staff was communicative and friendly before and during our stay. Pedro, the owner/manager offered a free walking tour of the Baixa neighborhood, full of information, and a glass of wine at the end. Our room was upgraded upon checkin and was clean and spacious; the included daily breakfast offered an omelet station, fresh fruit, and plenty of meats, cheeses, and breads. The location is walkable to the historic sites and shopping. We were able to walk to the dock to catch our cruise. Highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service from the moment you arrive. I loved all the extra touches like complementary tea, coffee , soft drinks and pastries all day. Hair straighteners in the room along with high end toiletries provided including conditioner and body lotion. The walking tour offered daily by Pedro was also a great way to introduce you to the local area and find out about the history of Lisbon
