Lovely 4 night stay in Lisbon

I picked this hotel due to its central location yet tucked away in a quiet pedestrian street. It was a wonderful hotel, room was on the 4th floor and very quiet, no outside noise. We opted for a superior room and it was a great size and so too was the bathroom. Only negative was lack of storage space for clothes, which is being very picky! Across the street from Rossio metro station which takes you straight to the airport (with one change), all for a few euros. The breakfast staff were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. We did not eat at any other time in the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel 👍

There was not one thing about this hotel experience that was less than first-rate. It was even better than it looked online. Breakfast was spectacular, staff was tremendous, room was perfect, quiet, comfortable. Would return here again in a heartbeat.

The Portugal Boutique Hotel has an adjacent sister Hotel, the H. Mundial with a lovely rooftop bar and Panoramic restaurant. We loved the food, service and Ambience.

The hotel provides a very comfortable accommodation at a great location. The water pressure in the shower was too low to my liking. And we had to turn off a/c as if was too warm in the room and the thermostat didn’t let us to lower the temperature. Every night we were coming back to find some nice treats in the room. The staff at the front desk and at breakfast were extremely helpful and engaging

Very nice hotel. The staff are kind and courteous. Each night we got a special different treat delivered to our room, Porto custard tarts, pastries, liqueur and a turndown service with chocolate. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Hotel was convenient to Christmas markets. It sits atop an underground stop which we only learned after a couple nights. Breakfast was very nice. The delivery of port and chocolate to our room was very special. Neighborhood is kind of sketchy! Abandoned building right across the street. Shopping 3-4 blocks away.

Stayed one night here while in Lisbon. The room was pretty, clean, and within walkable distance of lots of shopping and dining options. We loved the complimentary desserts and ginja in our room when we arrived back after a night out! Only issue was that the shower water leaked out of the shower and all over the bathroom floor. Parking is available at the hotel next door (for an additional price).

Very clean with wonderful staff service. Great reception and welcoming Porto wine w/ snacks. This hotel is adjacent to Rossio square. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

A gem in the center

Right in the center of Lisbon, boutique hotel with extra spacious rooms and the friendliest staff you can imagine. Very good breakfast included in room rate and as Lisbon is such a walkable city, the location couldn't be better. Would recommend you take their car service to the airport, less expensive than a taxi and amazing service.

Great stay! We would recommend

This hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to walkable attractions. The front desk gave us excellent advice, they accommodated our bags for early arrival, and the doorman made us feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable. We loved the Juliet balcony for views of the city, and the welcome treats were a nice surprise. We stayed for 2 nights. Would have given perfect score for comfort, but for the street noise (since I am a light sleeper). However the second night I slept more soundly. The breakfast was ample, and back patio welcome for an evening with wine.

Great hotel, noisy room.

Great location and nice hotel. Breakfast qas great. The room was noisy because the metro is just under the hotel. The room vibrates like every 30 seconds.

It is one of our best hotel experiences ever. The front desk stuff Mariana was extremely experienced and patient, her advices make our activities in Lisbon fun and fulfilling! Other front desk staffs are doing wonderful job as well. The restaurant manager who seated us was not only cordial also did an excellent job managing that operations. All stuffs are polite, pleasant and working hard! I will rate your hotel 7 star and above. My utmost compliment for this amazing operation and hats up for your leadership !!!! Thank you so much!!!!
