We spent 2 nights at The Edgewater because we were going to the Sawyer Brown concert in the Edge Pavilion. Our room was in the Sedona Tower so it was super convenient to the concert venue just right down the elevator and through the doors. The casino is decent. PT’s Eatery is always good for a quick meal. We did eat at Stockton’s Steakhouse after the show and it was very good.

There needs to be a walking path through the casino that families can walk on to get to the restaurants or restrooms without being terrible harassed by security. I'm sure the lady that hounded my family and I while I was getting my child out of the restroom and to our room was on a power trip. But as a guest, I would Imagine as a family friendly hotel that there could be more locations inside the building for people to walk around.

Negative negative negative

The only thing good was the bed was comfortable. Handicap accessible was awful. Condition of elevators was terrible. Remote didn't work for tv. Nothing looks updated. And the customer service was awful. Every employee seemed like they hated their life, job and anyone alive. Ice machines didn't work, elevators sounded like it was your last ride ever. The only happy things there were the racoons.
