Decent but poor service.

The room was decent. A/c was clogged with dust and needs to be clean, needed to turn the ac all the way down to feel anything. Spider web on the light needs to be clean. No reason to walk into a room and have spider web across your face. Stayed there 3 nights from Friday to Monday and zero room service. No one came to check the toiletries or changed the sheets.

Cockroaches crawling on door, unclean, room smelled horrific, beds were broken down and linens looked old and smelled like mildew. Casino is great but the hotel room was a nightmare. Edgewater Pavilon is a horrible venue for a concert. What a fiasco on top of the room. Stayed for 4 songs and left. Congested, horrible sound and very unorganized. A big waste of money.

Our room was in the Sedona tower River View! The bathroom needed a remodel but the room was comfortable and safe! Very nice store which had what you may need! The Denny’s restaurant was excellent! Fantastic waitress and the food was excellent too! PT’s had a special that was out of this world! Shrimp and fries! 9 shrimp! The River Walk is back! Fantastic stay!
